The Grand Room is the larger of two rooms at Ivory Pavilion. Equiped with a stage, floor to ceiling windows, fully serviced bar and dance floor, there is nothing that cannot be achieved in this space. Customise it how you like, whether it be cocktail, seated or a mixture of both, we can assist with making your vision come to life. The pricing below is just a guide and includes use of both spaces

The cocktail lounge is perfect for intimate weddings. With cocktail style seating, a smaller dance floor, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful buninyong god course and a fully equipped bar, this space is perfect for your relaxed and intimate day.

Cocktail lounge - events

The cocktail lounge is the smaller of our two spaces, and is included in larger wedding packages. This room is able to be hired alone and is often used for birthdays, Christmas parties & cocktail functions. Equiped with built in sound, a fully stocked bar and beautiful views over buninyong golf course, this intimate space is perfect for those smaller events.

The grand room is perfect for your larger events. From birthday parties, Christmas and end of year functions to engagements and children’s birthday parties, the options are endless. This room comes equipped with a stage, floor to ceiling windows, large dance-floor, photo backdrops and so much more. With the ability to shape this space from cocktail, formal seating or a mix of both, the possibilities are endless.

4 hour drinks (+$10 for additional hour) package includes beer, wine and soft drink for the reception only.
