Canapés

Our functions menu features the freshest and best produce the Ninch has to offer. We love to work with like minded folk using organic farming techniques, regenerative agriculture, and endemic or heirloom produce. We’re hunter gatherers at heart, what we can't forage we grow, and what we can't grow we source locally. Along with our own courtyard kitchen garden, we're lucky enough to have access to small farms in Bittern and Balnarring run by Sam's Mum Jenny + uncle.

SUBSTANTIALS - $17 per head Perfect for those extra hungry guests or for pre-ceremony nibbles. Let us hook you up with a grazing table or some more substantial bites. Slow Braised Beef served on creamy mash w/ button mushrooms + red wine jus. Classic Fish and Chips served w/ hot chips, tartare sauce + lemon wedge.
