There are few comedic voices as distinctively authentic as Lewis Garnham. Since making it to the RAW Comedy National Final in 2016, Lewis has been captivating audiences around the country - and the world - with a stand up style that is relaxed, self-assured, and engagingly introspective. In 2017 Lewis was nominated for Best Emerging Artist at the Adelaide Fringe for his show ‘The World I Live In.’ The following year, his show ‘The Smartest Idiot You’ll Ever Meet’ earned him nominations for Best Comedy at Perth Fringe World and the prestigious Best Newcomer Award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Each year since, Lewis has written and toured a brand new live show to his rapidly growing audiences. His 2023 show ‘Lewis Garnham Hit A Pigeon With His Bike’ became his first ever filmed stand up special, and received 30K views on his Youtube channel in the weeks following its release. Lewis performed in the 2024 Melbourne International Comedy Festival Oxfam Gala, Australian comedy’s night of nights. His new show ‘Choosing The Wrong Story To Tell’, which was a recipient of the Moosehead Award, then sold out its entire run and extra shows were added due to demand. He also took this show to Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, Byron Bay and will be debuting it at the Edinburgh Fringe in August 2024. Lewis has simultaneously accrued a massive online following. He has amassed 63,000 followers on Tiktok with clips of his stand up and straight to camera pieces about society, culture and politics.
