Tyler Smith

Tyler Smith is an All-Pro offensive lineman for the Dallas Cowboys. Tyler is originally from Fort Worth, TX and attended North Crowley High School. He played college football at The University of Tulsa, where he was named to the first and second All-AAC Team during the first two years of his collegiate career. Tyler was selected by the Cowboys 24th overall in the 2022 NFL Draft. Since joining the Cowboys, Tyler has seen immediate success on the field and has become an extremely valuable asset to the offensive line. In his first year with the team he earned himself a starting spot and was named to the 2022 Pro Football Writers of America All-Rookie Team. Tyler continued to elevate his game in 2023, earning himself a Pro Bowl selection, AP All-Pro & NFLPA All-Pro honors, and was a PFF top 10 ranked offensive lineman during the 2023 season. Off the field, Tyler uses his platform as professional athlete and “hometown hero” to make a positive impact in the Dallas community by giving back to kids in the DFW area through his first youth football camp and giving back to local schools in support of his mother, who is an full-time educator in the DFW area. Tyler's consistency and ability to handle the toughest defensive challenges and his outgoing personality has made him a fan favorite and a trusted member of the team. Known for his work ethic and leadership on and off the field, Tyler embodies the values of the Dallas Cowboys. He is a role model for aspiring athletes and a crucial part of the team's quest for excellence.
