Rhydian Cowley

Three-time Olympian, bronze medalist at Paris 2024, and Australian record holder in the 35km walk, Rhydian's story is one of success through longevity. On and off the race track, Rhydian is a passionate advocate for the environment, climate action, and reconciliation. He is an ambassador for the Sports Environment Alliance & EcoAthletes, earning an IOC Athletes for Good grant in 2023. Rhydian loves to share his story and his passions with audiences, and can speak on a range of topics including: building a high performance environment, the rewards of consistency, the importance of being involved in and giving back to community, managing competing priorities, and the intersection of sports and climate action.
