Son of Willie and Jeanette Gatlin, Justin Gatlin has been one of the most prolific athletes in US Olympic history for nearly two decades having turned professional in 2003. Justin’s professional career accomplishments include numerous international titles including the Olympic Gold Medal in 2004, four Outdoor World Championship Gold Medals, two Indoor World Championship Gold Medals, two World Athletics Relays golf medals and was the winner of the Diamond League in the 100m for 2013, 2014 and 2015. Along the way Justin has amassed a total of nine Gold Medals, nine Silver Medals and two Bronze medals throughout his International Competition Career. Justin also held the World Record for the 100m in 2006 having run a blistering time of 9.77m and earning the moniker as “The Fastest Man Alive” during his time holding the record. Justin went on to break his own personal record in 2015 with a time of 9.74. With this time, Justin remains in the Top Five all time at the 100m distance.
