Jon is a social innovator, executive coach & trainer, serial entrepreneur, author and speaker who unlocks the power of purpose in business and in the lives of changemakers. As a speaker and consultant he has shared stages around the world with the likes of Gorbachev, Kofi Annan, and Bob Geldof, worked with Prime Ministers, Presidents, Fortune 500 CEOs and C-suites, and coached and trained thousands of leaders in more than 60 countries. Jon’s drive to unlock the power of purpose has its roots in a unique double culture. The first part of his career was spent on the frontline of social change, standing on street corners asking people for donations, getting caught up in revolutions and creating ideas that raised millions for charities and non-profits. For the last 15 years, he has also brought this passion to the world of business, enabling leaders and future leaders to unlock meaning and purpose to transform their own lives and those of the people they serve.
