Jeff Schwisow

My passion is helping teams and organisations to deliver exceptional outcomes by being exceptional at the work they do…and the way they do it. I believe that intentionally seeking out and valuing the diversity of thought and ideas that comes from different backgrounds, perspectives and lived human experience is the foundation on which an exceptional workplace is built. With over 3 decades of building teams and helping leaders get the very best from their people, I've learned that leaders don’t want to hear more about the problems in the workplace. I use that experience to teach leaders how to inspire the workplace change that will make them more nimble and adaptable in an ever-changing world. And I use my creative passion to amaze them into believing that change is possible. When I'm not speaking or consulting, I share a hilltop in Victoria’s beautiful Yarra Valley with my wife, 2 dogs, and 3 alpacas.
