With a steadfast commitment to Gender Respect Equality, Hacia advocates for increasing female representation in skilled trades from a mere 3% to an ambitious 30% by 2030. Her passion extends beyond increasing female representation; Hacia is dedicated to empowering organisations to cultivate cultures of inclusivity and psychological wellbeing.
