Fred Colantonio

Trained as a criminologist, Fred worked for 5 years in the Belgian public administration. In 2006, he quit this ready-made career... but focused to the bad trends of people: deviance and crime. He adapts his behavioral patterns to the corporate world and to what he calls “behavioral patterns of success”: how leaders manage to turn setbacks into personal climax, obstacles into miracles, and talents into diamonds. It decodes human mindset in the professional context to share simple, effective and memorable perspectives and advices to CEOs, business owners, decision-makers, entrepreneurs, managers and employees.
