Baxter: A Passionate Cricketer, Philanthropist, and Scholar ​ Baxter was born and raised in Sydney, Australia, in a family environment characterized by both love and competition. Growing up in such a nurturing yet challenging atmosphere has played a significant role in shaping Baxter into the driven and motivated individual he is today. Cricket has been a central part of his life, serving as a source of passion and a sense of belonging. ​ Baxter’s cricketing career has been marked by numerous exciting experiences and significant achievements. Notably, he has had the privilege of playing before a crowd of 45,000 at the KFC Big Bash League, where he represented the Sydney Thunder. Additionally, he was instrumental in defeating England at the U19 World Cup held in New Zealand. After spending six years with NSW Cricket and four years with the Sydney Thunder, Baxter has embraced a new challenge by accepting a multi-year contract to play for Western Australia.
